GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is developing the design for a pedestrian crosswalk and refuge island to cross SR 5/US 1/Biscayne Boulevard at NE 66 Street, in Miami-Dade County. This hearing will begin as an open house, followed by a formal presentation. Graphic displays will be shown and FDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.
