    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Gregory Arias, filed on November 18, 2019. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.129(1)(e), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding the State of Florida disciplinary requirements as it pertains to licensed contractors conducting business under contract with a person or entity who is not the property owner, prime contractor, or power of attorney and in addition whether a licensed contractor can be held liable for the mismanagement of the property owners’ funds. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
