The Department of Revenue announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: December 6, 2016, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet which begins at.9:00 a.m.

PLACE: Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, the Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida. Please refer to the Cabinet Agenda posted to the Department’s Internet site at http://floridarevenue.com/dor/rules/ prior to attending a meeting.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Approval for the Department to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule that schedules a public hearing on proposed amendments to rules in Chapter 12D-9, (Requirements For Value Adjustment Board in Administrative Reviews; Uniform Rules For Procedure For Hearings Before Value Adjustment Boards) about the value adjustment board proceedings based on JAPC findings during a review.
