Request for Proposal for Transportation Services for Medicaid Members
South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan (CCP) issued an amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Transportation Services for Medicaid Members on October 4, 2018 (Vol. 44/194) and updated the amendment on October 18, 2018 (Vol. 44/204) in the Florida Administrative Register.
CCP provides notice of the following schedule revisions relating to the Second Amended Request for Proposal:
The expected award date of the RFP is scheduled for January 10, 2019. The contract for transportation services to CCP Medicaid members will begin on April 1, 2019.
CCP reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part and for any reason whatsoever, any and all responses to the Request for Proposal and to waive any formalities in the response process.
