The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles hereby provides notice of a public meeting of the negotiators of the FRVIS Equipment Refresh ITN to discuss and determine their recommendation regarding the ITN.

Meeting Agenda: Negotiators will discuss and determine their recommendation regarding the INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE: DHSMV ITN 001-19, FRVIS EQUIPMENT REFRESH.

NOTE: Any changes to the schedule for this meeting will be posted on the Vendor Bid System (VBS). It is the responsibility of anyone interested in the meeting to check the VBS to be aware of such updates, if any.
