NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 132, July 8, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

 

THE TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE WILL NOW READ:

 

61G16-3.001 Schedule of Fees

The following fees are prescribed by the Board:

(1) through (6) No change.

(7) Fees for geologist-in-training registration (GIT):

(a) The application fee for registration as a GIT shall be forty fifteen dollars ($40 15) and shall be non-refundable.

(b) No change.

(c) The initial registration fee shall be twenty five dollars ($25) and shall be refundable if the applicant is found to be ineligible to be registered as a GIT.(8) Application for licensure by a registered geologist-in-training (GIT):
