The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, requests proposals from QUALIFIED bidders for the following:

TITLE: Elevator upgrade / Replacement
SITE: ROBERTS BUILDING, 5920 Arlington Expressway Jacksonville, Florida 32224
PREQUALIFICATION: Registered vender with the State of Florida. Bidder shall be registered in accordance with Chapter 399, Florida Statutes, as a Registered Elevator Company.
PROPOSAL: Bids must be submitted in accordance with the specification and exhibits.
