DATE AND TIME: Monday, November 13, 2006, 2:00 p.m. or the soonest thereafter. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found.
All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Commission members or its counsel.
