A parcel of land lying in Section 26, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 26; thence along the Easterly line of the N. E. 1/4 of said Section 26, South 00°28'42" West, 2692.34 feet to the S. E. corner of said N. W. 1/4; thence along the Easterly line of the S. If no petitions or complaints are received within 30 days of the date of publication, a final order will be issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles approving the relocation of the dealership, subject to the applicants compliance with the provisions of Chapter 320, Florida Statutes.
