64B10-15.001:Continuing Education for Licensure Renewal

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the Notice of Disposition of an order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver filed by Allen Yearick, in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1, FS, published in Vol. 40, No. 213, of the October 31, 2014, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The corrections are in response to an omission and typographical errors made in the Notice.

The corrections are as follows:

The first paragraph, first sentence shall read as: “The Board of Nursing Home Administrators gives notice of the issuance of an order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver filed by Allen F. Yearick on March 25, 2014.”

The second paragraph, first sentence, shall read as: “The Board’s order, filed on April 29, 2014, denies the Petition for Variance or Waiver of Rule 64B10-15.001….”
