    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 155, August 10, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The following changes are being made.

    69A-60.005 Publications Referenced in NFPA 1, the Florida 2021 2018 Edition, and NFPA 101, the Florida 2021  Edition, Added to the Florida Fire Prevention Code.

    (1) No change.

    (2) The following publications are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein and added to the Florida Fire Prevention Code and shall take effect on the effective date of this rule:

    (a) through (ffffff) No change.

    (gggggg) NFPA 1141, 2017 edition, Standard for Fire Protection Infrastructure for Land Development in Wildland, Rural, and Suburban Areas.

    Form DFS-K3-1673, incorporated by reference into Rule 69A-60.011, F.A.C., is amended to add the word “Optional” after ‘e-mail address’ and now reads: E-MAIL ADDRESS (Optional).

     

    Form DFS-K3-2050, incorporated by reference into Rule 69A-60.011, F.A.C., is amended to add the word “Optional” after email in Section I and now reads: Email (Optional). The form is also amended to add the word “Optional” after email address of LFO in Section II and now reads: Email Address of LFO (Optional).
