The State Board of Education announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Approval of the following: Legislative Priorities for 2008; Amendment to Proposed Rule 6A-1.099822, School Improvement Rating for Alternative Schools; Annual District Action Plans and School Improvement Plans; and Recommendations for Appointment to the Florida Schools of Excellence Commission. In addition, the following Charter School Appeals will be heard: City of Palm Bay (Elementary) vs. School Board of Brevard County, City of Palm Bay (Middle) vs. School Board of Brevard County, and City of Palm Bay (High) vs. School Board of Brevard County.
