The Education Practices Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.
DATES AND TIMES: A Teacher Hearing Panel will begin at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard on December 13, 2012. An Administrator Hearing Panel will begin at 8:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard on December 14, 2012. A Business Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard on December 14, 2012.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators.
