Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 71, November 14, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The notice of proposed rulemaking stated that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification. The purpose of this correction is to clarify that the Agency has determined that the proposed rule will not require legislative ratification.
