    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Building Code Administrators and Inspectors has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rune Lero, filed on November 15, 2018. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 468.604(2), paragraph 468.621(1)(g), and paragraph 468.621(1)(i), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks clarification of subsection 468.604(2), paragraph 468.621(1)(g), and paragraph 468.621(1)(i), F.S. as they pertain to the licensing required to conduct virtual inspections. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
