    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has received the petition for declaratory statement from Misty Barrere, on November 15, 2018. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 464.003(20) F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to whether it is within the scope of practice of a registered nurse (“RN”) as defined in subsection464.003(20) F.S., to administer low-dose ketamine to patients in a hospital for treatment of treatment resistant depression. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
