NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 28, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Airport Executive Center at 2203 N Lois Ave, Tampa FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.7.2.1, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires a clear path of not less than 450 mm (18in) on all components which require maintenance, which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
