NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 216, November 4, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
On November 15, 2022, the Board approved changes to the proposed rule language on Rule 64B3-5.0011, F.A.C. The changes are as follows:
64B3-5.0011 Definitions.
(1) through (56) No Change.
(57) This rule shall be reviewed, and if necessary, repealed, modified, or renewed through the rulemaking process five years from the effective date.
