60BB-4.210: Maintaining Eligibility for Financial Assistance; Breaks in EmploymentNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on October 21, 2011, the Florida’s Office of Early Learning (formerly the Agency for Workforce Innovation) received a request from the Redlands Christian Migrant Association, 402 West Main Street, Immokalee, FL 34142, seeking a withdrawal of its petition for temporary waiver of subsection 60BB-4.210(1), F.A.C., which provides requirements for maintaining school readiness eligibility and allows an individual to be unemployed for a maximum of 30 days before losing eligibility to receive services. A Notice of Receipt of Petition for Variance/Waiver was published on August 26, 2011.
