PLACE: Emerald Coast Fellowship Church, Fellowship Hall, 4102 West State Road 390, Lynn Haven, FL

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The intent of this project is to increase the vehicular capacity of the corridor as well as accommodate bicycle and pedestrian traffic on State Road (S.R.) 390 from Jenks Avenue to east of S.R. 77 in Bay County. Improvements include widening 1.5 miles of the existing roadway from two to six lanes while adding buffered bicycle lanes, water quality and treatment facilities, and a closed drainage system. The widening of County Road 390 east of S.R. 77 will facilitate the transition to the existing two-lane roadway. A new pedestrian overpass will be built above the six-lane roadway at Mowat Middle School. Traffic signal modifications will be made at the existing signalized intersections with a new signal installed at S.R. 390 and 14th Street/Virginia Avenue. The project is funded for right-of-way acquisition and construction.
