GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Public hearing on amendments to the manatee protection rule for Pinellas County (68C-22.016, FAC). A Notice of Proposed Rule was published in the FAR on December 22, 2014 (Vol. 40, No. 246) and a Notice of Change was published on July 23, 2015 (Vol. 41, No. 54).
