NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 206, October 21, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
75-8.003 Reporting Requirements for Charity/Scholarship Performances.
(1) through (2) No change.
(3) Within 120 days after the conclusion of its fiscal year each permitholder shall pay the proceeds of all charity performances to the authorized charities and, within 45 days after the required due date for such payments, shall submit to the commission Form FGCC PMW-3540, Statement of Proceeds for Charity Day Performance, effective March 4, 2007, hereby incorporated by reference in this rule (http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17240), and Form FGCC PMW-3550, Charity Day Proceeds and Distribution, effective March 4, 2007, hereby incorporated by reference in this rule (http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17241). Copies of Form FGCC PMW-3540, Statement of Proceeds for Charity Day Performance and Form FGCC PMW-3550, Charity Day Proceeds and Distribution, may be obtained at www.flgaming.gov or by contacting the Florida Gaming Control Commission, 4070 Esplanade Way, Suite 250, Tallahassee, Florida 32399. Copies of supporting documentation such as checks should be included with the forms, along with a statement and reconciliation.
