On October 30, 2024, SaniTrax, LLC withdrew the Petition for a waiver. The Petition was received on August 1, 2024. Notice of receipt of this Petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on August 13, 2024. The Petition requested a waiver from paragraph 62-701.520(5)(d), F.A.C., to send sorted, segregated, and treated biomedical waste metals for recycling at a metal recycling facility. No public comment was received. The Petition was assigned file number OGC# 24-2220.
