Note: Effective December 3, 2010, the Office of Financial Regulation will no longer publish notices in the F.A.W., regarding applications from credit unions for bylaw amendments requesting changes in their fields of membership. Notice is hereby given that the Office of Financial Regulation, Division of Financial Institutions, has received a request by a credit union to expand its field of membership. Specific information regarding the expansion can be found at http://www.flofr.com/banking/cufm.asp. Comments may be submitted to: Division Director, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0371, for inclusion in the official record without requesting a hearing. However, pursuant to provisions specified in Chapter 69U-105, Florida Administrative Code, any person may request a public hearing by filing a petition with the Agency Clerk as follows:
