NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Milton Engineering Consultants, P.A. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 1609.1.1, Florida Building Code, Building (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification regarding calculation of wind loads under Section 1609.1.1, exception 7, for three types of luminaires for different projects in Palm Beach County.
