NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 215, November 4, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Pursuant to comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, the Office notes the following change to the proposed rule:
(5): Section 655.047, F.S., supports the requirements specified in this subsection of the proposed rule. The words “for good cause” will be stricken and replaced with “per s. 655.047, F.S. (2013).”
