NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 30, 2014, the Department of Health received a Petition for Permanent Variance from paragraph 64E-11.007(5)(a), of the Florida Administrative Code, from the School Board of Brevard County, Jim Powers (Petitioner). This rule requires lavatories to “be located in or immediately adjacent to all toilet rooms. At least one employee handwashing facility shall be located within each food preparation area.” This petition is for the following locations:
