NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 7, 2014, the Board of Architecture and Interior Design received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Jamie Dana Francis. The petitioner is seeking a permanent variance or waiver of Rule 61G1-14.001, Florida Administrative Code, which requires that applicants for licensure by examination shall take and pass the examination prepared and administered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
