NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on October 14, 2009, South Florida Water Management District (District) received a request for withdrawal of a Petition for Waiver from Florida Department of Transportation regarding Application No.: 03-0930-3M for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the North New River Canal, Broward County. The District originally received the petition for waiver from Miami-Dade on October 7, 2003, and Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 29, No. 43, on October 24, 2003. No public comment was received.
