The Board of Chiropractic Medicine hereby gives notice that the petition filed by Paul Watson Lambert, Esquire, on behalf of Florida Chiropractic Association, Inc. on September 26, 2013, seeking the Board’s interpretation of Chapter 460, Florida Statutes has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement published in Vol. 39, No. 192, of the October 2, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
