    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Energy, Climate Change and Economic Security Act of 2008 includes language that requires the Department to perform an analysis and present a report regarding the efficacy and necessity of both statewide and local regulation of auxiliary containers, wrappings, or disposable plastic bags used by consumers to carry product from retail establishments. This public meeting is intended to solicit information and ideas from all interested parties to help the Department prepare this report.
