PURPOSE: To conduct double random computer drawings from the pool of qualified applicants for new quota liquor licenses in each of the above referenced counties and establish each qualified applicants standing to receive one of the new licenses. Those applicants chosen in the drawings will be notified by certified mail of their eligibility to apply for a license.
