    The Board of Trustees of the Florida Surplus Asset Fund Trust (“Board”) will hold a public meeting at 1:30 p.m., Friday, November 14, 2008 at the office of Fishkind & Associates, 12051 Corporate Blvd., Orlando, FL 32817 to consider the following matters related to the Florida Surplus Asset Fund Trust.

    a.Review and approve minutes.

    b.Board of Trustees to approve the 3Q 2008 financial statements.

    c.Board of Trustees to discuss temporary redemption restrictions.

    d.Staff Reports.

    i.Economic environment and portfolio structure.

    ii.Marketing plans and activity.

    e.Other business.

    The public meeting is being conducted pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes.
