PRIVATE DEVELOPER – STUDENT HOUSING

The University of West Florida Board of Trustees is soliciting sealed proposals in response to an Invitation to Negotiate for a site lease and private development of new student housing on the main campus of the University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL. This Invitation to Negotiate is for the lease and development of university property including financing, design services, construction services, furnishings and management and operation of the facility upon completion.
Solicitation documents including project information may be downloaded from the University’s Procurement and Contracts’ website at: http://uwf.edu/procurement.
Interested firms are required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting and site visit in order to participate in this solicitation. The mandatory meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2008, 2:00 p.m., Bldg. 92, Training Room, University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL. Sealed submittals will be received until 3:00 p.m. Central Time, December 9, 2008, Office of Procurement and Contracts, Bldg. 90, Room 133, The University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514.
Solicitation number 08/ITN-11/ES must be marked on outside of sealed submittal. The University will not be responsible for unopened submittals when the package is not properly identified.
