CALL FOR QUALIFICATIONS
COLLEGE OF BUSINESS RENOVATION, PHASE I
08/PQS-08/ES
The University of West Florida Board of Trustees is soliciting sealed Professional Qualifications submittals for architectural design services for the renovation of Bldgs. 74 & 76 College of Business as well as Bldgs 38 and 11.
Professional Services are required to develop plans, specifications, drawings, and related documents for the renovation of Bldgs. 74-76 which make up the College of Business as well as Bldgs. 38 and 11 located on the main campus, University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL. Solicitation documents including The Project Fact Sheet may be downloaded from the University’s Procurement and Contracts’ website at http://uwf.edu/procurement.
Interested firms are required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting to participate in this solicitation. The mandatory meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2008, 2:00 p.m., Bldg. 92, Training Room, University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL. Sealed submittals will be received until 3:00 p.m. (Central Time), December 11, 2008, at the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Bldg. 90, Room 133, The University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514.
Solicitation number 08/PQS-08/ES must be marked on outside of sealed submittal. The University will not be responsible for unopened submittals when the package is not properly identified.
