The Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel hereby gives notice that it has received a petition for variance or waiver filed with the Office of the Deputy Clerk on October 16, 2008 from Petitioner Myriam Sanchez, who seeks a variance from the education requirement set forth in Rule 64B3-5.003(3), Florida Administrative Code for medical technologists.  Comments on the petition should be filed with the Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Bin # C07, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3257 within 14 days of publication of this notice.
