NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 24, 2012, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from paragraph 64E-15.010(2)(f), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from P.E.C. Properties, LLC, Petitioner, on behalf of Triple Canopy Ranch. This rule requires plans for sewage collection and treatment systems to conform and be submitted in a manner prescribed by Chapter 64E-6 or 62-600, FAC. Petitioner is requesting the use of port-o-lets and portable showers. Triple Canopy Ranch, Inc. is located in Polk County.
