NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 26, 2012, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, received a petition for waiver or variance, filed by Steven W. Johnson, Esq., on behalf of William Terry Hanes. The Petitioner is seeking that his violations of Subsections 475.624(15) and 475.629, Florida Statutes, as committed by Petitioner, and Rule 61J1-7.001, Florida Administrative Code, be reclassified as minor violations, thereby allowing them to be reclassified as inactive pursuant to Section 455.2255, Florida Statutes.
