The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 553.901 & 553.912, Florida Statutes and Sections 101.4.6.1.1 & 101.4.7.1.2, Florida Building Code, Energy as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification regarding a total residential mechanical system change out as related to the above referenced sections and new legislation.
