The Board of Massage Therapy hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on September 3, 2014, by Deborah Sue Mulé. Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 40, No. 176, of the September 10, 2014 Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a variance or waiver of Rule 64B7-32.002, F.A.C., The Petitioner sought a waiver from the Board regarding the proof of graduation from an approved massage school. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on October 24, 2014, in Orlando, Florida.
The Board’s Order, filed on November 5, 2014, granted the petition for variance or waiver of Rule 64B7-32.002, F.A.C., and approves Petitioner's application for licensure.
