The Florida Public Service Commission announces a prehearing conference and a continuation of the hearing in the following docket to which all persons are invited.

DOCKET NO. AND TITLE: 120015-EI - Petition for increase in rates by Florida Power & Light Company.

PREHEARING CONFERENCE DATE AND TIME: Thursday, November 15, 2012, 1:00 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE PREHEARING: The purpose of this prehearing conference is to: (1) simplify the issues; (2) identify the positions of the parties on the issues; (3) consider the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; (4) identify exhibits; (5) establish an order of witnesses; and (6) consider such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: November 19-21, 2012, 9:30 a.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING: In accordance with Order No. PSC-12-0529-PCO-EI, the Commission will continue the hearing in Docket No. 120015-EI at the above time and place. The purpose of this hearing is for the Commission to take supplemental testimony on the specific issues that are a part of the settlement agreement but supplemental to the issues in the rate case, and to consider any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing. The Commission may rule on any such motions from the bench or may take the matters under advisement.
