LOCATION: R.A. Gray Building, 500 South Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399
BID OPENING: December 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
ESTIMATED BASE BID CONSTRUCTION BUDGET:
Modernization of Elevators 1, 2, 3, & 4, and Rehabilitation of the Freight Elevator to all existing floor openings – estimated at $700,000.00.
+ Bid Alternate #1 to raise the Freight Elevator to exit on the 6th floor – estimated at $100,000.00.
