    The Board of Directors of the Florida Water Pollution Control Financing Corporation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
    DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, November 13, 2012, 9:00 a.m. EST until conclusion of business.
    PLACE: Room 1702-A, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.
    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Board of Directors of the Florida Water Pollution Control Financing Corporation will meet to (i) authorize the redemption of a portion of the Corporation’s outstanding Water Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, Series 2001 (the “Bonds”), pursuant to a resolution of the Corporation to be adopted at the meeting, (ii) delegate to the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation the authority to approve the final terms of the redemption within the parameters of the resolution, (iii) authorize the execution of any and all documents and certificates necessary to effectuate the redemption of the Bonds, and (iv) authorize the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation to take such further action as is necessary to effectuate the redemption of the Bonds.
