NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 3, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Katie Manor Apartments located at 639 Brookmeade Drive, Crestview, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of NEC110.26(A)(1), as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that references working clearances for elevator controllers which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
