NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Economic Opportunity has received the petition for declaratory statement from Michael and Michele McNair. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of DEO Determination Number 19172 as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petition was filed September 27, 2019 and an Amended Petition was filed October 22, 2019, seeking a declaratory statement be issued determining that DEO Determination Number 19172, which approved the revitalization of the Grande Lagoon Ranches Association's Declaration of Covenants, does not apply to the Petitioners’ property.
