    The Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Governing Board Meeting, Committee Meetings and Public Hearing: Consider SWFWMD business. There will be a proposed budget amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 budget as follows: Increase the FY2019 General Fund modified budget by $800,000 from $341,380,622 to $342,180,622 and increase the FY2019 total modified budget by $800,000 from $362,942,850 to $363,742,850 to appropriate assigned fund balance for self-funded health insurance. The proposed budget amendment will not impact the District's millage rate or ad valorem property taxes. All or part of this meeting may be conducted by means of communications media technology to permit maximum participation of Governing Board members.
