PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to revise the location in rule for regulations regarding allowable methods of take during archery season. This change resulted from the update to the definition of bow in Rule 68A-1.004. The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to keep current methods of take during archery season in place while simplifying general definitions for archery equipment.
