NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 195, October 6, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and subsequent vote by the Board at a duly-noticed public telephonic meeting held on October 27, 2022.
The rule shall now read as follows:
61G19-1.009 Definitions.
(1) through (3) No change.
(4) “Certificate” means a certificate issued by the Department as provided in Chapter 468, Part XII, F.S. this part. The term does not include a certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC) Code Institute.
(5) through (19) No change.
