NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 16, 2006, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for Juliette Demma, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 61H1-27.002(3), Florida Administrative Code, and the requirement that all accounting courses and not less than 21 semester hours of general business courses required for licensure as a C.P.A. be at the upper division level.
