NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 30, 2006, the Officer Professionalism Program, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, received a petition for Waiver from Charles Kline of paragraph 11B-20.0016(1)(c), F.A.C., pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S. Petitioner has requested that the Department waive the electronic transmission requirement for instructor certification and backdate his certification from September 6, 2006, to August 4, 2006.
